About Company
SamanNow (raised $1M+ from Tier 1 venture capital funds) is building a value-first Meesho for quick commerce, focused on Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities across India. We source directly from MSMEs and manufacturers to bring customers highly affordable prices (₹300-400), delivered within 60 minutes across categories including Home & Kitchen, Fashion, and Beauty & Care, with a focus on making quick commerce more accessible and value-driven beyond Tier 1 cities.
We’re looking for a hands-on Frontend Developer to own the implementation of SamanNow’s user-facing products.
About the role
- Experience: 2+ years
- Work Mode: On-site (6 months, Surat → Bangalore)
- Location: Surat for the first 6 months → Bangalore thereafter
- You’ll work closely with the Founder, Tech Lead and Lead Product Designer to turn product and design requirements into fast, reliable and intuitive experiences.
- This is an ownership role - you’ll be accountable for the quality and execution of the frontend experience users interact with every day.
What you’ll work on
- Building and shipping production web and mobile applications.
- Turning product and design requirements into polished user experiences.
- Working on reusable component architecture and API integrations.
- Improving performance, reliability and debugging across the frontend experience.
Core skills
- Professional frontend development experience in production environments.
- Experience with modern frontend tools such as React, React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, Next.js, Expo and React Query.
- Comfort working with state-management libraries and REST APIs.
- Strong ownership and execution across the interfaces users interact with every day.
