About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial HR discussions.
• Coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Manage candidate communication and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer rollouts.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Support bulk and urgent hiring requirements whenever required.
• Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, interview-to-selection ratio, and offer-to-joining ratio.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Exposure to hiring for B2B, B2C, and D2C businesses.
• Good understanding of sourcing and candidate screening techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities.
• Comfortable working with recruitment targets and timelines.
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and recruitment tools.
• Good negotiation and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in startup / EdTech / SaaS / consumer-facing companies is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership and a result-oriented approach.
