About the Role

We’re looking for a Student Success Manager to build and run our student selection program. You will own the strategy and mentorship process that turns high-potential students into top rankers in NORCET and state nursing exams.
If you have a solid medical or nursing background, have a passion for education, and know what it takes to crack these competitive exams, this is your chance to directly shape the next generation of top nurses in India.
What You’ll Do
- Build the selection program: Design the strategy for top students with personalised plans and revision cycles.
- Own the results: Drive student outcomes and get NPrep students into Top 3, 10, 50, and 100 ranks.
- Data-backed mentorship: Conduct diagnostic and guidance calls with top students and give them clear action plans.
What We’re Looking For
- Solid Medical / Nursing Domain: B.Sc/M.Sc in Nursing or an equivalent medical degree.
- Exam Expertise: Strong understanding of NORCET, ESIC, and state-level exams, syllabi, high-yield topics, and question patterns.
- Data-Minded & Organized: Ability to analyze test scores, identify weak spots, and create structured improvement processes.
- Great Communicator: Comfortable on video calls, empathetic, and able to keep aspirants motivated and focused.
