You run growth for an early-stage AI startup. The founders sit next to you, and there's nobody between you and the decision.
Mixar is the new home for creative AI: an open source, AI-native 3D editor where an agent builds right inside your scene and artists fix its work by drawing on it. We relaunched on 1 October 2026. Now we need the person who takes it to everyone who makes things in 3D.
WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
You own growth, GTM, partnerships, creators, community, and anything else you can think of. Day to day, that means:
- Growth: run your own experiments across X, Reddit, YouTube, SEO, and email, and find out what actually brings users in
- Outbound: get Mixar in front of game studios, VFX houses, and brand teams, and stay in the conversation until there's a signed contract
- Creators: work with 3D creators. Find them, strike the deal, brief them, and get the videos out
- Partnerships: team up with model labs and API partners on launches, hackathons, and webinars
- Community: keeping a constant eye out on both new and existing users and ensure they have the best time with Mixar
WHY IT'S A GOOD SEAT
- You work directly with the founders. If an idea is good, you're usually running it that same week.
- You use every new model and tool before most people have heard of it, and that's part of the job.
- You get to work with creators, studios, and AI labs that most people only see on their timeline.
- You get ESOPs, so if this works, it works for you too.
WHAT IT TAKES
This is a big job. We'll hand you a problem rather than a task list, and it's yours from the first idea to the final result, including the follow-ups, the paperwork, and the parts nobody notices. Nobody will be chasing you, and a thing is done when you've seen it through.
We're a small team and the product ships fast, so there is always more worth doing than there are people to do it. The ones who love this kind of role are usually the ones who'd be building something of their own anyway.
YOU'LL FIT IF
- You've spent around 2 years or more doing growth, GTM, or BD at a startup, or running your own thing
- You're deep into AI: your own agents and workflows, new models tried the day they come out
- You're online, and you already know what happened in AI this week
- You can write, and you can talk to anyone from an indie creator to a studio art director
- You say so early when something isn't working
- Bonus if you've used Blender or care about 3D, games, or creative tools

- Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon
- Compensation: competitive salary plus ESOPs
- You report directly to the founders
