We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can help us craft seamless and visually compelling digital experiences across our mobile platform.
Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience in designing mobile-first digital products. You will be responsible for translating product ideas and user needs into intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a consistent and engaging experience across the app.
Key Responsibilities
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Conduct user research and translate insights into design improvements
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define user experiences
- Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides
- Ensure consistency across screens and features
- Design for usability, accessibility, and performance
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- Stay updated with mobile design trends and best practices
- Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app design work
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
- Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles
- Knowledge of interaction design and usability principles
- Experience creating design systems
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Good to Have
- Experience designing for lifestyle, wellness, or consumer apps
- Basic understanding of front-end development constraints
- Experience with micro-interactions and animations
- Familiarity with user analytics tools
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience in startup environments
