We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) who is passionate about building user-centric products and driving measurable impact.
Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and analytical Associate Product Manager with 1+ years of experience in product management, product analytics, or a related role. You will work closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to define, build, and ship high-impact features for our mobile platform.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving user problems, working with data, and owning product initiatives end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in defining product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities
- Translate business requirements into detailed product requirement documents (PRDs)
- Work closely with design and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Conduct user research and competitor analysis
- Define success metrics and track product performance
- Analyze data to drive product decisions and improvements
- Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning
- Ensure timely delivery of features with high quality
- Continuously gather feedback and iterate on product improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management / APM / Product Analyst roles
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
- Experience writing clear and structured PRDs
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Basic understanding of mobile app development lifecycle
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
Good to Have
- Experience working on consumer/mobile-first applications
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA4, etc.)
- Experience conducting A/B tests
- Understanding of UX principles
- Experience in startup environments
- Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams
